After registering and paying for class, it is the expectation of Use Your Nose Dog Training, LLC and its trainers, owner, and affiliates that you and your dog will attend that class. Should events arise and you will not be able to attend class with your dog, the refund policy is as listed below.
Within 24 hours of registration without evaluation - full refund will be granted.
Within 24 hours of registration with an evaluation - $100 will be kept as payment for the evaluation, the remainder will be returned.
More than 24 hours after registration with or without evaluation - Class fee will be applied toward a future class (within same year as enrolled class), or switched to another dog in the household to take a class (also must be for class taken the same year as what was originally registered.)
In the event of death of the dog or owner, please contact Cindy with details so arrangements can be made.
